1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services provided by Lotus Assurance ("Lotus Assurance," "we," "us," or "our"), an independent insurance agency located in Little Rock, Arkansas. By accessing our website, submitting a form, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Use of Our Services

Lotus Assurance is an independent insurance agency that compares products from multiple insurance carriers. Information provided on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute insurance advice, a quote, or an offer or binder of coverage. Coverage, eligibility, and pricing are determined solely by the applicable insurance carrier and are subject to underwriting approval and policy terms.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when requesting quotes or services, and to use our website and services only for lawful purposes.

3. Client Portal

If we provide you with access to our secure client portal, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information, to upload only documents that relate to your own insurance or service needs, and not to attempt to access information that does not belong to you. Please notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization. We may suspend or end portal access at our discretion, including to protect the security of the portal or other clients.

4. Document Services

Separately from our insurance agency, Lotus Assurance offers clerical document-preparation and English/Vietnamese translation services ("Document Services"), which may include assistance with business-formation filings, EIN applications, form typing, and translation.

We are not a law firm and not attorneys, and we do not provide legal advice. Our Document Services are limited to clerical assistance: preparing, typing, and translating documents based solely on the information you provide. We do not advise you on your legal rights or options, on which forms to file, or on your eligibility for any benefit, and we do not represent you before any court or government agency, including U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). For legal advice, please consult a licensed attorney or, for immigration matters, a representative accredited by the U.S. Department of Justice (EOIR). We do not guarantee any particular outcome.

5. Appointments and Online Booking

Our website lets you request an appointment online. A booking request is a request only — it is not confirmed until we confirm it with you by phone, text, or email, and we may need to propose a different time. You agree to provide accurate contact information so we can reach you about your appointment. With your consent, we may send appointment confirmations and reminders by email or text message.

Online booking is not for emergencies or time-sensitive insurance matters. If you need to report a claim, are facing a policy cancellation, or have a deadline, please call us directly at (501) 476-4445 — do not rely on a future appointment to meet a deadline.

6. Promotions and Giveaways

From time to time we offer free promotional items or giveaways — for example, a free Google review stand for local businesses. Unless the specific offer page says otherwise, the following applies to all of our promotions:

• No purchase is necessary, and receiving a promotional item is never conditioned on buying insurance or receiving an insurance quote. Any insurance conversation is separate and optional.
• Offers are available while supplies last, and we may modify, pause, or end an offer at any time.
• We may contact entrants to verify business or contact information and to coordinate setup or delivery, and we may decline entries that appear inaccurate, duplicative, or outside the offer's intended audience.
• Where a specific offer page publishes its own rules, those rules control for that offer.
• Offers are void where prohibited and are governed by Arkansas law.

8. Privacy

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://lotusassurance.com/privacy-policy. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

This website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Lotus Assurance does not guarantee rates, savings, or specific coverage outcomes. We are not responsible for decisions made by insurance carriers, including underwriting, pricing, or claims decisions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lotus Assurance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or services.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and the Lotus Assurance name and mark, is the property of Lotus Assurance and may not be used without written permission.
