Our Story
Lotus Assurance was founded to give families and businesses in central Arkansas an insurance agency that genuinely works for them. As an independent agency, we represent many carriers rather than just one. That lets us compare options and recommend what actually fits, instead of whatever a single company happens to sell.
We're proud to serve the Vietnamese-American community and our Little Rock neighbors in both English and Vietnamese. Insurance is full of fine print and confusing choices. Our job is to explain it in plain language and help you make a decision you feel good about.

Client Service
Ngoc helps clients with day-to-day service — policy questions, documents, and renewals — making sure every client feels taken care of, in English or Vietnamese.
